Terms of Service
Last updated: May 6, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Rosters Co. (the “Service”), a persistent browser-based game operated by Rosters Co. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Description of Service
Rosters Co. is a persistent multiplayer simulation game. Your in-game cafe operates continuously, including when you are not actively playing. In-game currencies and assets have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred outside the game, or exchanged for cash.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
Inactivity policy: Free accounts that show no activity for 30 consecutive days are permanently deleted. All associated game data is removed. You will not receive a refund or any compensation, as no payment was made for a free account. Supporter accounts are exempt from this policy for as long as the subscription is active.
4. Supporter Subscription
The Supporter subscription is billed monthly at $4.99 USD via Stripe. The subscription provides account protection from the inactivity deletion policy and other non-gameplay benefits described at the time of purchase. Supporter status does not provide any in-game competitive advantage.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle, except as described below under service discontinuation.
5. Player Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
- Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the game systems
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice and without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the Service, including software, artwork, text, and game systems, is the property of Rosters Co. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of any original content you create within the game (such as your company name). By submitting any content, you grant Rosters Co. a non-exclusive license to use it in connection with operating the Service.
7. Service Availability and Discontinuation
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause interruptions.
We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice via the email address associated with your account. Active Supporter subscribers at the time of discontinuation will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of their current billing period.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rosters Co. and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For users in the European Union or United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable local law are not affected by this clause.
Personal data for users in Mexico is handled in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). Users in the EU and UK have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
